The Vineyard Located in a delimited Carcassonne, Narbonne and Béziers triangle, the vineyards of Minervois extends from terrace to terrace of 18 000 hectares of which 5000 are in production.

AOC classification in 1985 The Grapes Mourvedre and Syrah bring all the aromatic complexity and finesse Grenache, Carignan and Cinsault for the reds and rosés.

The white varieties are numerous: Grenache, Clairette, Bourboulenc, Marsanne, Roussanne, Maccabeu, Rolle and Muscat.

Wines The Minervois is structured red offers a beautiful red currant.

The Centre, distinguished aromas of wild berry wines, while the whites are fresh and rich in floral aromas. In the West, the reds are nervous, with hints of violet. At altitude, the reds are more full-bodied, while lively and aromatic whites are very balanced.
