In 1995, Frederic Albaret from Montpellier bought 13 hectares of vineyards in Cabrerolles on the Faugères terroir and created the Domaine Saint Antonin.

   Grape varieties:

Sauvignon blanc, grenache gris and chardonnay.

    Tasting:

A nose full of citrus fruits and fine herbs. In the mouth, we find white fruits, spices and the freshness of mint.

   Wine style:
Dry and tasty white wine.


   Food and wine pairing:
Roasted guinea fowl, chestnut stuffing, poached figs and pistachio pieces. Burrata, broad beans, peas and olive oil from Tuscany.
