Open a bottle of champagne in a little corner of Paradise!
Last summer, we had the visit of a Canadian client who lacked inspiration, wanting to bring back to her boyfriend a bottle representing the wines of France.
I suggested that I bring a bottle of Champagne Hervé Mathelin.
His "cuvee réserve", a champagne with fine bubbles, notes of brioche bread and dried fruit, with Just enough roundness in the final.
A champagne passionate winemaker.
And here she goes to the Magdalen Islands, which are truly a little paradise!
