An original wine, made from Furstentum vintage vines and vinified in skin maceration, without added sulphites.
Gew-rztraminer, pinot gris
Floral and fruity notes, lychee, citrus and spices. The acidity being quite low, it is the minerality that is the support of this wine ample and deeply sapid. Beautiful saline finish.
White maceration wine, structured.

Munster with caraway, pheasant with braised cabbage and walnuts.
