This wine comes from planted plots located on the Zellenberg finage (localities Graffenreben and Ritterpfad). The geological substratum mixing marls, a significant thickness of coastal limestone conglomerates and some quaternary crystalline contributions, confers a very aromatic profile, fresh and spring colors, a vertical, fine and very elegant touch on the palate, a tight texture and lots of shine.

Complantation of Riesling, Auxerrois and Pinots

Tasting Notes:
Zellenberg shimmers in a fresh, spring-like grid, contrasting colors, a fine and elegant line, a tight texture and the subtle glow of the sky just before dawn.

Wine style:
Dry and complex white wine

Food and wine :
Mediterranean red tuna sashimi, sweet and sour combawa sauce. Turbot cooked on the bone with Madagascar pepper, Jerusalem artichokes with candied lemon.
