Tasting notes:

This carignan shows a deep black cherry colour. The nose opens with a marked black fruit and an abundant floral bouquet. Spices are revealed on the second nose. On the palate, the firm attack develops into a well-built juicy body. In spite of its good bone structure, the mouth is juicy, easy and very pleasant. Medium bodied.

Wine style :

Fruity and elegant red wine.

Food and wine pairing:

Chicken gizzards with red fruits and melting polenta with rosemary. Aubergine rolls with parmesan and smoked duck breast.
