The ultimate wine to keep, Hunter Valley Semillon reveals intense and elegant citrus aromas in its youth. It has pretty floral notes of orange blossom, ripe lime and tangerine. The palate is elegant, also on citrus. Good acidity and crunchy and refreshing aromatic persistence. Over time, it will develop sweeter aromas of honey, toast and vanilla.
Known to be able to age more than 20 years, it will reach its peak after about ten years.
