Château du Breuil 7 years old Sherry oloroso

This Calvados has been kept for several months in small French oak barrels that have contained Jerez (sherry) Oloroso.
This method of aging will reveal gourmet and spicy notes in this Calvados which will appeal to the greatest number.
With this limited edition "Finished in Sherry Oloroso Barrels", the Cellar Master of Château du Breuil has succeeded in developing an original and elegant Calvados, both traditional and innovative.

This cask finish brings spicy and woody notes to this original Calvados.

Deep and golden color.Nose on a predominantly baked apple revealing successively notes of dried fruits (nuts, hazelnuts, prunes, grapes) and spices (nutmeg, pepper). Round and supple on the palate, of good length, ending with woody notes (oak wood, cedar note, vanilla).
