Made only from Pinot, Noir and Meunier, this wonderful wine from Maison Jeeper opens with a powerful nose full of notes of black fruits and berries. It has a creamy brioche texture on the palate, with fine bubbles still present. A real champagne for the table, throughout a beautiful meal.

Food and wine :

Supreme of free-range poultry stuffed with chanterelles, pan-fried mushrooms and sautéed Noirmoutier potatoes. Roasted Saint-Pierre fillet, Soissons beans and leeks, verbena emulsion.
