12 months in French oak barrels of 228 and 300 litres.

Beautiful deep ruby color.
Aromas of black fruits, spices, pepper and cocoa aromas.
Generous, intense and structured palate. In wine of guard.

      Food and wine pairing:
Duck breast.
Moussaka.
Meat in sauce.
