Tasting Notes:

The dress is a beautiful brilliant color with purple reflections. The nose is marked by red fruits, blackcurrant and cherry, very greedy. The mouth is also very greedy, quite powerful, creamy, finish always on red fruits.

Elegant and fruity red wine.

Plate of Languedoc meats (melsat, bougnette, galabart, dry liver sausage ...). Oriental merguez and arugula hot dog.
