The area Gardiés divides two soils, the schists on Espira de l'Agly and the clay-limestone on Vingrau under the cliffs. Jean Gardiés, has the precept of respecting the soil and nature, the main work is done first in the vineyard. Year after year wines are silky, harmonious and pure.

Ruby color. The nose comes under aromas of red fruit such as strawberry and raspberry. On the palate, freshness, red fruit, white flowers and raisins come to tickle our palate. A delicate wine for a hot summer evening.
