In 1995, Frederic Albaret from Montpellier bought 13 hectares of vineyards in Cabrerolles on the terroir of Faugères and created the Domaine Saint Antonin. Three vintages are proposed, Les Jardins, Lou Cazelet and Les Magnoux. These wines are typical of the appellation, aromas of red and black fruits, dense, cedar shades, velvety and crisp.

30% syrah, 25% carignan, 20% grenache, 20% mourvèdre, 5% cinsault
