Old-fashioned in California, the gins produced by St. Georges Spirits are unique in their incredible composition.

A true ode to wild beauty. Forest and earthy, Terroir Gin is deeply aromatic. Aromas of Douglas fir buds, bay leaf, and coastal sage (along with ten other herbs) make for an immediate trip to California.

Everything is done to preserve the peculiarities of each ingredient, the manufacturing process is anything but simple: first, the coriander seeds are cooked in a wok. Douglas fir and sage are distilled in a 250-liter still. The bay leaves and juniper berries are steam infused and all other herbs are distilled in a 1500 liter still.

The result is a gin intensely marked by earthy and woody aromas. Then the aromatic palette evolves towards more floral aspects with subtle notes of juniper.
