Tasting Notes:
Beautiful sparkling ruby color with purple reflections. The nose is on red fruits and spices with a hint of violet and liquorice. The tannins are impressive but they are never aggressive and bring structure and complexity to the wine.

Fine and racy red wine.
Food and wine :
Veal kidneys with saffron corn cream. Roasted wild boar fillet, pumpkin purée with porcini mushrooms and braised chestnuts.
