     Variety:
Syrah 37%, Mourvèdre 33%, Grenache noir 18%, Carignan 12%.
Syrah and Carignan vinified in maceration in whole grains, Mourvèdre and Grenache in destemmed. Assembly at the end of fermentations, then 12 months of aging in barrels of 2 to 5 wines.

      Tasting:
Purple, brilliant and sustained purple color.
Very aromatic nose, with hints of spice and garrigue (rosemary).
fleshy, fresh and fruity, fine grain of tannins, intensity of aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, spice

Red wine very fruity and round.
