The ending looks at the sea, the initial planting was to feature a truffle oak planted every 10 strains.

This is why some great chefs compete imagination to elaborate a dish of it.

      Soil:
Clay and limestone soils, very stony, located on the heights of Saint Pargoire in scrubland.

      Grapes:
95% Syrah and 5% Grenache
  manual harvest with sorting grain by grain at optimum maturity.

      Winemaking:
Total de-stemming.
Long fermentation in new conical trunk.
Aged for two years in oak barrels.
