Wine Country The red Hérault
A Castelnau-le-LezCatherine Bernard produced two original wines of 3 hectares in organic farming only in red wine, the St. Drézery area northeast of Montpellier.
This bottle a blend of Mourvedre and marselan surprising in the current atmosphere to produce very southern wines with opulent character (wooded) and concentrates (extraction of fruit jam).
Beware the philosophy and good humor are in the vineyards.

Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre and marselan.
Winemaking:
Short maceration native froid.Levures.
