On the nose, very southern, aromas of thyme/rosemary are superimposed on aromas of flowers (peony) and black fruits.
On the palate, fullness and good length with solar tannins.
Finishes with spices and black fruits (blackberry/cassis).
Concentrated yet charming wine.

A blend of 50% Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault 40% to 10%, on a beautiful land in the piedmont piscenois.

    Ageing:
Oak barrels for 2 years and Syrah cinsaults.
Stainless steel tank and waxed concrete for Grenache.

    Tasting:
Garnet.
On the nose, very southern, aromas of thyme / rosemary overlapping aromas of flowers (peony) and dark fruit.
On the palate, with good length and breadth of solar tannins.
Final of spices and black fruit (blackberry / cassis).
Concentrated while remaining charming wine.

    Style of wine:
Soft and elegant red wine.

    Food pairing:
Rolled rabbit with prunes.

A drink by 2021
