La Petite Parcelle
de Cinsault 2020
Vin de France
France - Languedoc
Tasting notes :
This dry red wine first appears greedy and fruity, almost juicy. Then, the wine waltzes between roundness and fine acidity. The tannins, particularly melted, tease the palate, without more. The finish is marked by bitters that invite you to go to the table.
Wine style :
Fine and complex red wine.
Food and wine pairing:
Fillet of Barbary Duck with cranberries and thyme. Roast pigeon, Jerusalem artichoke mousseline and lentils with smoked butter.
Cellar ageing potential :
75 cl - 13 % volume
