The latest of the Mas des Brousses cuvées, Cléo, Cléopatre, the lemon of Provence, the little yellow butterfly that announces spring, illustrates this cuvée characterised by its lovely fruitiness and supple tannins.    

Grape varieties :

50% grenache noir, 30% syrah and 20% mourvèdre.
Aged in vats for 6 months.

Hazelnut-crusted pigeon salad, Brussels sprouts au gratin with paprika. Pigeon with orange, crunchy nuts and dried apricots.
