 The field is located in Caux on an area of 6 hectares.
Two soil types up this vineyard,
basaltic to Syrah, Carignan and Grenache;
roulets rollers for Cinsault and Syrah plot.
Area in conversion to organic farming.

     Grape:
This wine is made from old Carignan to 100%
Raising Syrah is done in small casks of 500 liters.

     Tasting:
The nose is dominated by aromas of cassis and violet,
structured and raised on the palate ripe fruit and pepper
tannins are powerful and Reserve.
