Emmanuel Pageot in Gabian
The vineyard plots on clay-limestone soils surround the village of Gabian on the road leading to Faugères. They are managed according to biodynamic principles.


     Grape varieties :
100% Grenache noir on clay-limestone soil.
Eleva: 18 months in 600 litre demi-muids.


     Tasting notes:
The colour is a beautiful deep ruby. The nose is extremely fine, with iris, peony, blackberries and white pepper. The palate has a perfect balance between fruit, alcohol, tannin and mineral freshness.

Powerful and complex red wine

Seven o'clock lamb with black pepper tapenade. Braised duck with candied turnips.
