Cédric Guy, the winemaker, makes his wine by accompanying nature rather than trying to contradict it, in the cellar of another Hérault abbey, the Abbaye Sylva Plana, where he has all the necessary equipment and in particular barrels made for maturing.

Orange wine (white maceration wine), a blend of chardonnay, sauvignon blanc and grenache gris.
