Catherine Roque created the Clovallon estate in Bédarieux in the Haute Vallée de l'Orb. Architect of training, passionate about the vine, she started in 1989 by planting unexpected grape varieties, especially the pinot noir which she was precursory in the region. This autodidact, mother of three girls, then resumed in 1997 a forgotten vineyard. Through meticulous work, she produces wines as naturally as possible.
