Dócil is the result of research into a vinho verde that reflects the terroir of the region, with a balanced and complete profile, and whose vinification is based on the lively acidity of the loureiro grape. This Loureiro comes from its traditional region, the Lima Valley, and more particularly from vines rooted in granite soils.

In this classic vintage: the loureiro grape maintains its freshness and impeccable balance.

This wine offers floral and citric notes, with an overall impression of elegance and lightness. The palate is refreshing and aromatic with an excellent balance between aromas and a long mineral finish.

Dry and mineral white wine.

Food and wine :

Swordfish carpaccio with lime zest and sancho pepper. Chicken strips and roasted sweet potatoes, peanut sauce.
