Euzière the castle is an old family estate, run with passion by Marcelle and his brother Michel Causse Fontanès located north of the Pic Saint Loup appellation.
The cultivation of vines, vinification and aging of wines perpetuate the tradition.
The wines used to assess the characteristics of wines from Pic Saint Loup aromas namely Aleppo pine, laurel, juniper, thyme and rosemary, with harmonious and velvety tannic structure.
 
      Grapes:
70% Syrah, 25% Grenache, 5% Mourvèdre.
Ageing: 12-14 months in barrels.
 
       Tasting:
Dark color, nose of violets.
Aromas of black cherries cooked, crushed blackberry, blackcurrant.
Tannins present in the final.

      Style of wine:
Red wine fruity and spicy.

      Food pairing:
Beef tartare with capers.
 
       Potential:
6 years in your cellar.
