Comme à Cayenne... 2018
The cuvée is called "Comme à Cayenne" because the plot of Grenache and Carignan was so hard to plant that Michel's mother said "Go to Cayenne" to work.
85% black grenache, 15% carignan.
The color is deep garnet. The nose is marked by notes of black fruits and spices. A concentrated wine but without excess, intense, elegant, round and authentic combining spices (liquorice) and black fruits (cherry, blackcurrant).
Powerful and complex red wine.
Food and wine :
Squab in salmis and variation around the apple. Moroccan veal tagine.

75 cl - 13% volume
