Native, the drop of Mauzac rose draws its spirit from overripe grapes.
Disbudding in spring, green harvest in summer, raisined grapes, this grape brandy deserves envy and application. Sorting, manual destemming of the grapes, light pressing and incomplete natural fermentation, allow the residual sugars to distill and stand out drop by drop.
     

Color: Speckled with fine pale golden yellow hues. Its luminosity matches perfectly with its limpidity and brilliance. It is highlighted by subtle green / platinum / gold reflections.

Nose: The first nose expresses states ranging from freshness, through different paths, to delicacies. Escorted by elegance and highlighted by thickness. The second nose is based on subtle sketches and exquisite scents, both floral and fruity, corseted by a pleasantly mineral support.
