Expressive and straightforward, the nose gives off a whole aromatic palette of candied fruit, honey and almond, carried by a beautiful freshness marked by citrus fruits and spices. The palate is full of notes of candied apricots, fruit in brandy, cooked apples and white truffles, delicately accompanied by toasted and roasted notes. The structure and a nice vigour then take over to carry the wine on to very pleasant flavours of fruit jelly and orange peel.
