Clear ruby robe.
A good fruity floral emerges after a start. Then it's tender, full and quite elegant in the mouth. A real delight. Without any heaviness.
Pascal Fulla achieved a fine vintage by not extracting too much.

      Wine Style:
fruity, silky red wine.

      Food pairing:
Aiguillette duck salad with pine nuts.
Pigeon roasted pumpkin.

6 years in your cellar.
