Grape varieties:

85% mourvèdre, 10% grenache noir and 5% cinsault.

Tasting Notes:

With its complex bouquet with notes of black fruits, cassis, blackberries, liquorice, empyreumatic touches, this bandol is seductive. The mouth is full-bodied and its still powerful tannic structure does not attack. It is a deep, very racy wine, with good persistence on the finish.

Wine style:

Full-bodied red wine for keeping.

Food and wine :

Aubrac purebred rib of beef, grilled with branches, new potatoes with rosemary. Duck breast with blood orange, eggplant and parmesan.
