Tasting Notes:

Very nice nose of citrus fruits and flowers nuanced by minty notes. Its aromas are of great finesse: citrus zest, spices, lightly buttered. The round and supple palate offers a beautiful expression of fruit supported by a mineral freshness without acidity. Very good potential for development but this wine already offers a lot of pleasure!

Monkfish bourride à la sétoise. Tapenade of tuna belly, spinach leaves with strawberry vinaigrette.
