A new addition to the Del Professore brand, Chinato is unique in many ways.

Marked by fruit and citrus, this Chinato gives pride of place to the yellow cinchona bark, which enhances the pure barbera wine.
We cannot recommend it enough as a vermouth-tonic, where the quinine of these two products mingle and merge to perfection. To enhance your cocktail, garnish it with a slice of orange.

Nose: Honeyed notes counterbalance the astringency of a certain spice such as candied orange. An underlying pastry note with gingerbread brings greediness

Palate: Slight acidity with the citrus fruit which, mixed with notes of peel, sublimates the vinous notes of the red fruit. As expected in a chinato version, the bitterness plays a nice powerful and subtle part.

Finish: Length, caramel, orange and oranges.
