The Springbank 15 years version is marked by Jerez with notes of caramel, dark chocolate and tangerine.
The iodine, vanilla and spice aromas in the style of the Springbank distillery are still present, with a surprising hint of smoke.

In the cellars of the Springbank distillery, the Jerez casks have the upper hand. This 15 year old single malt has been aged exclusively in ex-Jerez oloroso casks. It has a great aromatic complexity and is logically marked by the famous Spanish wine.
Tasting notes :
Nose: Demerara sugar, dark chocolate, Christmas cake, almonds, caramel, oak.
Palate: Creamy with notes of sultanas, dark chocolate, figs, marzipan, Brazil nuts and vanilla.
Finish: Notes of oak, sherry and leather.
