Tasting Notes:

The color is light yellow with golden reflections. The nose is subtle and complex, finely aromatic, with notes of white flowers, anise, a touch of iodine but also fruity and brioche notes. Lots of minerality and freshness. The palate appears fresh with a beautiful minerality, a lot of elegance, finesse and precision, with aromas of exotic fruits, fresh white fruits and floral. Ample and powerful wine, with a beautiful aromatic length.

Saint-Jacques tartare with capers, green orange and long Java pepper. Truffle risotto with prawns and green asparagus.
