     Fleur d'Eglantine owes its name to its luminous colour, similar to that of the petals of the rosehips bordering our vineyards, and to its fresh acidity.

Grape varieties :
Viognier, Roussanne, Petit Manseng.
Partly fermented in oak barrels.

Tasting notes:
This is a delicate, airy and invigorating rosé with floral aromas combining small red fruits to crunch.
The colour is light salmon. The intense nose reveals notes of strawberries and white flowers.
Notes of candied citrus on the palate.

Round and aromatic white wine.

Calamari à la Romaine, tartar sauce.
