     Grapes:
Roussane 50%, white carignan 20%, white grenache 10%,
viognier 8%, vermentino 8%

     Culture :
Roussane, Viognier and Vermentino are on a sandstone terroir at altitude.
Carignan white over 60 years on a clay-limestone soil.
50-year-old white Grenache on a schist terroir.

     Winemaking;
Whole pressed grapes. The juice is decanted at 4 ° C and then assembled with the other grape varieties. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature. This wine is aged in oak casks for 3 months with daily batonnage.

     Character:
This 2018 vintage is clear and limpid with silver highlights. On the nose, very fine aromas of white flowers and fresh fruits. In the mouth, the hazelnut is present. All finesse and elegance.

     Harmony puts:
Slightly refreshed (10/12 ° C), this wine goes well with dishes such as crayfish broth with cream of peas, turbot fillet with rosemary in a casserole.
 
     Aging:
You will enjoy it to its fullness in 2 to 3 years.
