The bright colour is garnet. The wine has an intoxicating nose of kirsch cherry, noble leather and prune. On the second nose, there are superb spices, blueberry notes and hints of liquorice. The juicy palate is beautifully delicate, elegant, tasty and persistent. A very pretty wine with a velvety smoothness.

Complex and elegant red wine.

Noisette of lamb with mint, full-bodied juice and broad beans. Stewed goat cheese with Corsican red wine.
