The Domaine des Yeuses vineyard covers more than 70 hectares.
It is a very chalky semi-slope terroir that benefits from a maritime influence facing the Thau Lagoon.
This original situation favours the acclimatisation of very varied grape varieties:
Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Vermentino, Terret, Muscat, Syrah, Merlot.


     Grape variety :
100% Vermentino.

     Tasting notes:
Beautiful pale and bright colour, citrus and exotic fruit nose. A beautiful wine, lively, fresh and light.

    Wine style:
Dry and lively white wine.

   Food and wine pairing :
Pan-fried knives with kari gosse butter, grapefruit tapioca. Poached Bouzigues oyster, roasted green mango and green pepper.

     Ageing potential :
2 years.

    Analysis:
75 cl.
13 % volume.
