This is a very nice Riesling with hints of lemon zest, orange peel and lime. Minerality and depth are a signature of the cuvée. This beautiful wine presents itself with an ample body and a seductive texture, soft for a Riesling and a frame of liveliness. Nice style.

Baeckeofe of fish and prawns with saffron. Guinea fowl tagine with candied lemon and Lucques olives from Languedoc.
