This gin comes from the distillation of wine in small, traditional, century-old copper stills that give the final product complexity and a rich aromatic texture.
This gin is aptly named: the scents of Languedoc garrigue are intense. Behind the juniper, logically dominant in a gin, we find notes of cistus, rosemary, thyme, fennel and lavender. all its Mediterranean scents lead us to a long and very persistent finish.
Complex and balanced, this is a very expressive gin!
