Grapes from old grape varieties grown in pergola in vineyards about 30 years old at an altitude of 700 metres on clay, schist and granite soils.
Verderbara, lagarino bianco, vernaccia and nosiola
A "frizzante" wine, with a cloudy colour. The nose develops floral notes (white flowers) combined with citrus fruits (grapefruit, lemon). Delicate, fine and distinguished character. Intriguing lightness that makes you want to go further. The palate is seductive, delicate, frank and nervous with a mineral finish. Fine bitterness on the finish and a very fine bubble.

Dry frizzante (slightly sparkling) white wine.
