Gianni Brunelli - Le Chiuse di Sotto

Rosso di Montalcino 2020

Rosso di Montalcino DOC

Italie - Toscane

In 1987, Gianni Brunelli, then a restaurant owner (Osteria Le Logge, in Siena, a must!), embarked on a wine-growing adventure. He acquired the Chiuse di Sotto estate and then enlarged it with the purchase of the Podernovone estate. In 2008, Gianni Brunelli passed away. His wife, Laura, took over the reins of the estate and brought it to this level of excellence.
The Gianni Brunelli estate covers almost 7 hectares. In order to produce the finest wines, the work in the vineyard as well as in the cellar is done with great precision and control of each stage, from the grape to the bottle.
