65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc.
Aging: 18 months in French oak barrels (80% new, 20% from 2 to 3 wines) then 12 months in bottle.

Tasting notes :

Intense garnet red colour. Rich and deep nose of graphite, charcoal and precious wood. The fruit is precise and well managed. The palate is full-bodied with a rich body and an elegant tannic structure. Very nice finish, long and racy!

Cinta senese pig's breast grilled over a wood fire, cream of peas with bacon. Venison leg, reduced juice with figs and grapes.
