Domaine Aldo Vajra
Langhe DOC Nebbiolo
Origin of the terroirs used in this vintage: municipality of Barolo ('Coste di Vergne', 'Fossati', 'Pascolo') and municipality of Novello ('Ravera' cru).
Aldo Vajra has a particular predilection for dolcetto, the charm of which he knows how to perfectly express: the aromas of stone fruit and the slightly balsamic spicy notes are superb. The palate is a model of Piedmontese expression, with a ripe grain, wonderfully savory, very tactile. A great simple pleasure!
