A historic winery founded at the end of the 19th century in Cabras on the west coast, not far from the town of Oristano. The Contini estate produces wines exclusively from indigenous grape varieties from Sardinia.

There is a river that flows placidly through Sardinia which takes its name from the ceremonial staff attributed to the Greek god Dionysus, it is called Thyrsus. There is a wine that flows happily into your glass and takes its flavor from the vermentino grape, it is called Tyrsos.

Tasting Notes:

Its color is that of a shy sun, but it is sure to light up the face of anyone who chooses it. The bouquet is as intense and floral as a spring day, its flavor is as fresh and delicate as a summer night spent staring at the sky.

Cod in broth, celery braised with lemon. Refined Sardinian pecorino and olive oil with lemon zest.
