Lautizio 2019

Umbria IGT

Italie - Ombrie

For generations, Vittorio Mattioli's family cultivated the steep hillsides of this Umbrian village just outside Spoleto. Today the farm is barely 8 hectares in total, but has a blend of local olive trees, farro and other ancient grain plantations and around four hectares of old native vines, cultivated biodynamically. No sulfur is used at any point in the winemaking process and all of the farming in the vineyards is completely natural, with the compost being made exclusively from their own animals.
