70% Syrah, 20% Grenache Noir and 10% Mourvèdre
Aged for 6 months in Sauvy oak barrels for 50% of the cuvée.
Tasting notes:
The nose is intense and deep with candied black fruit, cherry and blackberry, as well as floral notes of violet and a hint of spice and vanilla. The palate reveals a savoury, fruity and elegant texture with a delicate woodiness. It reveals aromas of syrupy red fruit, blackberry and wild berries supported by a light vanilla finish.
