     Grapes:

A blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre, in a beautiful land in the piedmont piscenois.

     Ageing:
Oak barrels for 9-18 months varietals.

     Tasting Notes:

Its nose of a great classicism, the moss, the undergrowth, the cherry.
Wild with the nose, finely elegant in the mouth with tannins melted and ample.
Long and balanced. Perfect to accompany a festive dish.

Covering an area of 32ha, the vineyard extends Bébian the foothills of the Cevennes, in the area of Coteaux du Languedoc Cru classified Pezenas. One of the jewels of the region!

They grow on dry and stony soils of three types: limestone, clay and limestone Villafranchian, basalt lava flows, clay loam (white quartz pebbles and travertine / pink marble).
